The Baton Rouge Smock Market is putting together a "prize basket" and needs small items for prizes. We want to use our Favorite Find businesses to support local moms! If your business would like to donate a small item to put towards our drawing, let us know asap- We want to put all of the participating businesses up on our facebook and blog. We will include a link to your website too. This will promote your business until the end of June. We will post it as soon as you let us know! ;) Thanks again! ~And if you know other mom businesses who would like to participate, pass us on! If we get enough items, we might do a basket for a lucky shopper too! ;)

Happy early Mother's Day!!! Have you all told your husband what you want? Better get on it, or expect to get some horrible smelling perfume or bath salts! (Does anyone really use bath salts???) Also, if you have a brother or male friend and their wife is pregnant....you better tell them to get their wife a present for Mother's Day. That is my husband's biggest advice for soon to be dad's. It was not a pretty weekend for him when I was first pregnant and his friends did not tell him to get me a gift. His excuse was, "Well, your not a mom yet!?" Can you believe he was brave enough to tell that to a pregnant pyscho chick!!!!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL OF OUR FAVORITE FINDS MOMS!!!
Oh My Goodness! I pass by Sweet Wishes (gourmet cupcake shoppe) occasionally and say to myself, "I love cupcakes and must go in there one day!" Well, I did! I was heading to Bible study and thought that would be yummy treat to take to the girls. I got an assortment of mini cupcakes~four of their top flavors. Then I got a peanut butter chocolate full size cupcake for myself! ;) ~Compliments of Sweet Wishes. They were amazing!! Not only did I eat my full size cupcake, I ate a couple of the mini ones! Everyone loved them and I had to try them all! I am a fan! Thank you! This mother's Day, treat yourself to a Sweet Wishes cupcake because YOU DESERVE IT! Directions and Hours are on their website~ SWEET WISHES They will also be at the Head 2 Toe event downtown on Saturday.
Head 2 Toe is tomorrow and people can purchase tickets at the door! It goes on all day 8:30 am breakfast with music, mimosas, breakfast, and goes all day until 4pm! Ladies get your family or friends and come! This is only once a year event and you won't want to miss it!!!
